For hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. You may return hand chains or rings within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original VEYA packaging.
How to start a return
Request a return from your VEYA account, or email hello@veyalondon.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll confirm your return and send you the returns address.
Return postage
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 7 days.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To swap a piece, simply return it for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or damaged items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please email hello@veyalondon.com with your order number and a photo within 48h of delivery and we'll make it right.
Please note that stones, pearls and hand-set details may vary slightly from piece to piece. These variations are part of each piece’s character and are not considered defects.
