Bracelets & rings: These can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

ARTISANAL FEATURES & NOTES
Handcrafted Variations: Each VEYA piece is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a result, slight variations in colour, stone size, and fine details are natural and to be expected. These subtle differences are part of the charm and individuality of handmade jewellery. No two pieces are ever quite the same.
Earring Posts: Depending on the design, our earring posts are made from either stainless steel or a softer metal. Softer posts are thoughtfully designed to flex rather than snap, so a gentle bend or curve is normal and isn’t a fault or defect - it is part of the design’s functional integrity. If needed, the post can be gently straightened between your fingers.
Stone Character: Some of our stones may display unique patterns, veining or variations in lustre. These markings are not flaws but part of each stone’s individual character, so no two pieces will look exactly alike.
